We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our clinical team at AZ Max. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and their escorts/family members upon arrival
  • Check patients in, confirming treatment/appointment type and notifying the back office
  • Create patient profiles for new patients, verifying documentation and collecting payments
  • Answer phone calls from patients and referring doctors, confirming appointments and answering questions

  • Ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities
