Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of 4 to 10 crews, including assigning tasks, supervising jobs, and maintaining equipment.
  • Oversee the ordering of materials and supplies to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in foundation repair, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of technicians.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
