Job Title: Registered Nurse Coordinator

Froedtert South is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital. As a key member of our oncology nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients with hematological and oncological conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process as a framework for practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments in a timely and safe manner.
  • Coordinate patient teaching and education.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • 3-5 years of oncology experience preferred.
  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
Working Conditions:
  • May require working irregular hours or hours other than on the assigned shift.
  • Exposure to stressful situations.
