Position Overview:

AAA United States, Inc. is collaborating with a prominent organization that is at the forefront of designing and manufacturing military aircraft, business jets, and space systems. We are in search of skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who are eager to embrace their next challenge in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting various aircraft systems. You will be expected to proficiently utilize a diverse range of testing equipment and tools. A strong ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering documentation is essential to support your tasks.

Relocation Requirements:

Willingness to temporarily or permanently relocate to Little Rock, Arkansas for work is required.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Conduct system and function checkouts of components (including static checks, hydraulic function checks, flight control rigging, fuel system checks, and oxygen systems) following approved maintenance procedures or FAA regulations.

2. Remove and replace aircraft components in accordance with approved maintenance protocols or FAA standards.

3. Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every component is inspected, installed, and function-tested according to approved procedures.

4. Complete assigned tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning systems safely, adhering to OSHA and company safety guidelines within established timelines.

5. Accurately log work on the Labor Data Collection System for work orders and attendance tracking.


Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or 4 years of experience as an aircraft mechanic without an A&P certificate.
- Proficient in using hand tools and precision instruments.
- Capable of reading and interpreting approved aircraft diagrams, charts, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work on maintenance stands, lifts, and ladders, and in confined spaces in various positions.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and enter and exit the aircraft using steps and/or stairs.
- Must not have allergies to jet fuel, oils, hydraulic fluids, or cleaning solvents.
