We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Little Rock Service Center. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing system and function checkouts of aircraft components, removing and replacing components, and ensuring all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Perform system and function checkouts of aircraft components, including static checks, hydraulic function checks, and flight control rigging.
- Remove and replace components on aircraft, following approved maintenance procedures and FAA requirements.
- Inspect and test components to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Complete assigned work, including troubleshooting and repairs of malfunctioning systems, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Accurately log work orders and attendance tracking in the Labor Data Collection System.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Able to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
- Understanding of airframe systems, including basic electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, flight controls, and engines.
- Able to work on maintenance stands, extending up to 25 feet.
- Able to work in confined spaces and unusual positions.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning solvents.
- Able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Occasional travel required.
- Turbine jet aircraft training and experience, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
- Experience using computers and aircraft diagnostic software.
