Your Role:

As a Senior Product Strategist, you will engage and collaborate with multiple teams across a complex product domain to realize Frost's vision for products and services that are sophisticated, secure, and enhance the financial well-being of our clients. Your innovative approach, strong communication abilities, and dedication to continuous improvement will be essential in refining the Frost user experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sophisticated, large-scale products and services
  • Formulate long-term product strategies in alignment with Frost's executive directives
  • Clearly articulate a project's influence on the quadruple bottom line, priorities, development methodologies, and release schedules to stakeholders
  • Build relationships and collaborate with customers, users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gain insights into the product landscape
  • Convey business requirements, overarching vision, and product roadmaps to all stakeholders, from executive leadership to IT support
  • Track the progress of ongoing projects to ensure the team remains focused on delivering relevant products with dependable architecture at an efficient pace
  • Draft acceptance criteria and specifications for complex, large-scale initiatives while assessing project feasibility and business value
  • Create and manage one or more product backlogs to direct work to the appropriate business lines or implementation teams for maximum joint value
  • Ensure all new features and initiatives comply with business and system specifications
  • Identify and prioritize potential process and system enhancements for future projects
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to other Product Owners throughout the organization
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering, banking, finance, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with digital technologies, including desktop and mobile platforms
  • Background in the banking and/or financial services sectors
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
