Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct the work of accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Implement and maintain effective business processes, including customer service standards and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze work processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review customer billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification preferred.
- Three to five years of relevant accounting experience, with prior supervisory experience and accounts receivable experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
