Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Operations Manager to join our team at Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center. As a Mechanical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall technical integrity of the center and all its equipment. This includes maintaining compliance with company protocols, policies, and procedures, as well as providing professional and courteous service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance
  • Ensure all equipment is operating at the highest level of efficiency
  • Schedule and supervise mechanics and clean team
  • Perform building and mechanical checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed
  • Interview, train, develop, and evaluate team members
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repairs
Requirements
  • Electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance experience is preferred
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
