  • Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care provided to patients.
  • Execute a variety of nursing tasks including enteral feedings, administering medications, managing tracheostomies, and providing respiratory treatments while monitoring any changes in the patient's health status.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all care delivered.
  • The LVN will perform responsibilities within their scope of practice to meet the direct care needs of patients.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
