Our facility features a 35-bed inpatient unit, along with day treatment and outpatient programs. Our team consists of board-certified psychiatrists and licensed professionals who are devoted to fostering an environment of trust, communication, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor - RN, the Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is tasked with delivering patient care during designated shifts. This role requires a solid understanding of nursing theories, principles, and procedures, alongside the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in clinical settings.

The LPT will provide care to various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, ensuring that interactions reflect an awareness of the developmental stages of the individuals served. This position necessitates a commitment to the organization's mission and core values, supporting the strategic initiatives and performance improvement goals.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid California LPT License or Current California LVN License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position is $40.56.
