- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively.
- Execute various nursing responsibilities including enteral feedings, administering medications, providing tracheostomy care, and conducting respiratory treatments while monitoring for any changes in the patient's condition.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all care provided.
- The LVN will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.
- Current BLS certification is required.
