Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes for part-time and event staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Perform various tasks, such as sending updates for Labor Law postings, supply orders, and processing mail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year.
