Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to conduct one-time, non-treatment behavioral health compensation and pensions exams for Veterans in Anchorage, AK. In this role, you will review pertinent mental health history documentation and provide comprehensive exams to determine disability awards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of mental health history documentation
  • Administer and capture responses during exams through web-based examination forms
  • Complete electronic documentation and send results to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a Ph.D. or PsyD in Psychology from an APA-Accredited Program, have valid and unrestricted licensure as a psychologist, and maintain active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additionally, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate adaptability in changing situations.

Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $60-$80 per hour
  • Part-time schedule: 2-3 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
