Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will work in a comfortable home setting, providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve helping individuals with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and fostering a sense of community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage independence and self-reliance through mentoring and coaching
  • Participate in recreational activities, such as shopping, bowling, and fishing
  • Help individuals celebrate holidays, birthdays, and other special events
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
