Job Summary

Chapman Ford is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our front desk operations, and supporting our sales and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage a multi-line phone system, respond to customer inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Clerical Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including sorting and filing documents, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Team Support: Provide clerical support to the sales and management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous receptionist or related experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen and convey information effectively.
  • Service Orientation: Service-oriented with a cooperative, helpful, and friendly demeanor.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability: Punctual and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
