About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Geospatial Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the official land cadastre information system (ALKIS) data for Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review submitted survey documents, taking into account historical records, to complete the coordinate-based boundary proof.
  • Coordinate boundary points (homogenization in ALKIS).
  • Monitor data collection in update projects, update data sets, and verify fee collection.
  • Act as a contact person for innovative development in the 3A environment and collaborate with application support and other departments within LGV.
  • Review and process complex updates in ALKIS and support in improving the quality of ALKIS.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
