As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at Baptist Health, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical functions required for Special Imaging, Ultrasound, under the direction of the Radiologist. This role requires independent judgement, integrity, and initiative. You will be able to communicate diplomatically with other departments, peers, administrative, and physicians' leaders. Additionally, you will have computer skills with knowledge in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing computerized data. All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives. You will adhere to specific hospital policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of technical functions required for Special Imaging, Ultrasound, under the direction of the Radiologist
Communicate diplomatically with other departments, peers, administrative, and physicians' leaders
Utilize computer skills to collect, analyze, and utilize computerized data
Continuously monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives
Adhere to specific hospital policy and procedures
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent required
Must be in good standing and ARDMS registry or registered by the ARRT, or registry eligible
Must have a valid driver's license
Certifications:
BLS Certification
