About Us: Buffalo Pumps is a reputable manufacturer specializing in centrifugal pumps, catering to significant OEM clients across the Refrigeration, Power Generation, and Marine sectors.

Role: Office Coordinator

Working Hours: Typically 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility.

This role is designed to provide essential administrative assistance to the Buffalo Pumps team. The Office Coordinator will primarily operate from the reception area, managing visitor interactions, screening incoming calls, and addressing routine inquiries from both external and internal sources with appropriate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and disseminate reports or other communications on a regular basis.
  • Maintain organized files, databases, and archives of pertinent records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other group activities.
  • Oversee expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, and other routine administrative processes.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

A High School Diploma is required. The position reports to a supervisor or manager and operates under moderate supervision. While 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
