Key Responsibilities

This role is not your typical shipping and receiving position. The Warehouse Specialist will manage warehouse inventory, coordinate logistics, handle materials, and perform daily shipping and receiving tasks within a custom fabrication system. This hands-on position requires exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities encompass both physical material handling and ERP transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Willingness to operate a fork truck is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment are important.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is required.
  • Must manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in warehouse/inventory management and logistics is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving is preferred.
