Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Support Associate II. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries and correspondence, preparing client review materials and reports, and assisting in the preparation of client asset management, brokerage, and insurance accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review new account paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Organize and prepare client review materials, meeting agendas, weekly meeting updates, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments to resolve outstanding issues for Financial Planning Consultants (FPCs), Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), and clients.
- Assist FPCs with ongoing CPA, client, and prospect communication.
- Update and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Process client requests regarding new contributions and distribution of funds.
- Communicate regularly with clients through phone and email to provide expedient and accurate information to FPCs and CPAs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree (A.A.), two-year technical, or bachelors degree preferred.
- A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2-5 years of related Financial Services Industry or administrative services/training experience is preferred.
- Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft program suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience supporting Financial Professionals is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer/client-facing role is strongly preferred.
