Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze patient data to develop effective treatment plans.
- Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to diagnose and treat patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including pharmacologic interventions and educational plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and referrals to specialized services.
- Manage patient follow-up care and ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide exceptional patient care.
- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physician Assistant, unless specified by department.
- Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant in California.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- National Provider Identifier.
- Minimum three years of recent Cardiac Surgery experience, including Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH).
