Job Title: Chief Physician II

Reporting to the Department Head, the Chief Physician II will provide medical leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing medical policies, procedures, and programs to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Provide medical leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and technologies to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
