Nurse - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - Sioux Falls Center - Full Time Night Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society's Sioux Falls Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in the coordination of care, including medication management, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
