At the Good Samaritan Society, we're committed to providing high-quality care and service to seniors in a Christian environment. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Sioux Falls Center.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday. As a RN or LPN, you'll be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care, and demonstrating competency in your nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
We're looking for a RN or LPN with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and service. You'll need to have a graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license in the state where you'll be practicing. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $48.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also receive benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
