Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support.
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
- Monitor resident outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Shift InformationThis position is for a full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to work weekend nights. The shift is 12 hours long and includes every weekend and every other holiday.
Salary InformationThe salary range for this position is $48.00 per hour for Registered Nurses and $36.00 per hour for Licensed Practical Nurses.
