Job Summary

Alpine is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Northwest territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales history, preferably in the construction industry, and a deep understanding of truss plant operations, software, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Drive sales growth in assigned territory through proactive sales efforts and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Construction Management.
  • Strong sales history with experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of truss plant operations, software, and machinery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Proven experience as a highly motivated, results-driven, self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
