About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining a well-merchandised store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, helping customers find products and solutions
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting commitment to our organization's vision and values
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and outdoor work may be required for tasks such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
