Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Welcome and greet guests, manage their information, and distribute room assignments and keys.
- Answer general inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, room rates, and available rooms.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and key distribution.
- Process guest payments and handle cash handling responsibilities.
- Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean.
- Administrative Tasks
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest account information.
- Handle customer correspondence and respond to guest inquiries.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
