Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SCU Services. As a key member of our back office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and calendar organization.
  • Assist with daily business tasks, such as processing transactions, managing electronic calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
