Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SCU Services. As a key member of our back office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and calendar organization.
- Assist with daily business tasks, such as processing transactions, managing electronic calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Competitive hourly rate: $17-22 per hour.
