We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Associate to join our team at New Castle Hotels. As a Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and clean stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Clean and Attractive Guestrooms: Ensure guestrooms meet or exceed hotel standards by making beds, changing linens, cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
  • Focus on Details: Pay attention to details such as shining windows, folded towels, restocked supplies, and organized closets.
  • Be Organized: Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping closet and cart area.
  • Team Player: Assist coworkers by pitching in, training new staff, and participating in department events.
  • Housekeeping Ambassador: Provide warm greetings and smiles to guests, promoting a positive hotel experience.
  • Safety and Security: Follow hotel safety and security policies and procedures, anticipating potential problems and reporting to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic English Communication Skills: Possess basic English communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Visual and Physical Abilities: Possess near vision, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to multi-task.
