About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Allegis Group. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Analytics department, you will play a critical role in delivering analytical applications and insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deploy Dashboards: Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, integrated with Snowflake, to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build Scalable Data Models: Design and build scalable, modular data models using SQL to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Implement automated validation and discrepancy resolution processes to ensure high data quality.
  • Deliver Innovative Analytics Solutions: Develop and deliver innovative analytics solutions using advanced ETL/ELT tools to drive business insights.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions using a modern data stack.
  • Develop and Maintain QA Processes: Develop and maintain QA processes, incorporating automated testing, to ensure seamless cloud integration and performance.
  • Stay Current with Modern Data Stack Technologies: Stay up-to-date with modern data stack technologies and adopt best practices to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in developing BI solutions with a modern data stack is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Expertise in modern data stack technologies, including cloud data warehouses and ETL/ELT tools. Advanced knowledge of Tableau and SQL, with additional BI Tools and dbt a plus. Experience with SQL development in cloud environments like Azure and Snowflake. Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills.
