Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Receptionist to join our team at TEKsystems in New York, NY.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office supplies, and coordinating maintenance service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive experience at the site.
  • Process office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
  • Coordinate maintenance service calls and report any inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.
  • Order breakroom supplies and maintain a sufficient inventory of office supplies.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other incoming materials.
  • Manage work orders via the Tririga tool and provide temporary parking passes to visitors.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
