Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 8 years of experience in the IAM domain, specifically working with leading IGA tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and IdentitNow, as well as excellent knowledge of IGA fundamentals, including Identity and Access Management Lifecycle, Access Management, Authentication, Authorization integrations, Application Onboarding, Entitlement Catalog, Roles, Reports, and Rules Tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical delivery of IAM projects, designing and implementing SailPoint solutions and integrations;
  • Manage client engagement for IGA solutions, validating business and technical requirements, and presenting optimal solutions;
  • Develop workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint Identity Now solution; On-board applications into SailPoint solution based on different connectors;
  • Assist the offshore team in development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of factory development;
  • Upgrade and enhance the system as per new releases and patches, fulfilling new requirements;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in IAM domain working on at least one leading IGA tool;
  • At least 2 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ, with at least one end-to-end design and implementation project executed for SailPoint IdentitNow;
  • Excellent Knowledge on IGA Fundamentals: Identity and Access Management Lifecycle, Access Management, Authentication, Authorization integrations, Application Onboarding, Entitlement Catalog, Roles, Reports, and Rules Tasks;
  • Role Mining Customer Identity and Access Management, Access Governance / Recertification, Provisioning Object Model, Custom Connectors, Connector/Integration Architecture;
  • Ability to lead technical delivery of IAM projects, design SailPoint solution and integrations, identify right deliverables for engineering team to execute;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, superior problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
  • Development of workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint Identity Now solution, On-boarding applications into SailPoint solution based on different connectors;
  • Experience in integrating HR Systems, Active Directory;
  • Ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/non-functional requirements with very less customization at the product level;
  • Should be able to lead overall IGA product configuration and implementation;
  • Should be proficient in recertification concepts and be able to guide configuration in IGA solution;
  • Should be able to generate standard or customize reports as per business needs;
  • Good understanding of Operational processes;
  • Client-facing roles in the past;
  • Worked with any international client in the past;
  • Good experience in managing client relationship;
  • Preferrable to have certifications for renowned IGA tools;
