Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IDAM Specialist to lead our OKTA Identity Management initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Job Description

The Senior IDAM Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our OKTA Identity Management solutions. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing high-level architecture for OKTA integration with various applications
  • Configuring MFA and SSO features in OKTA
  • Troubleshooting authentication-related issues
  • Creating and mapping user attributes in OKTA
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience in CyberArk Identity and Access Management
  • Experience with AD/LDAP agent health monitoring, issue reporting, and fixing common issues during breakdowns
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location

This position is located in Indianapolis, IN, Raleigh, NC, Richardson, TX, or Hartford, CT, with occasional travel required.
