Job Summary

The IT Service Desk Specialist will provide top-notch first-level computer support via phone and/or email, track and escalate incidents, and process computer access requests. This role requires an in-depth understanding of PCs, local area networks, and software compatibilities, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a Service Desk environment and/or ITIL certification is highly desired.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality first-level computer support via phone and/or email
  • Track and escalate incidents in a timely manner
  • Process computer access requests efficiently

Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of PCs, local area networks, and software compatibilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated operating capability in PC programs, operating systems, and network utilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a personal emphasis on follow-up

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow their career in technical support.
