Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our clients' mechanical construction, commercial construction, and HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage mechanical construction, commercial construction, and HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution and communication.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Documentation Management: Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Procurement: Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Leadership and Communication: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a positive work environment and culture of accountability. Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction, commercial construction, or HVAC industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing small and large-scale commercial projects. Proficiency in project management software, including Procore and Bluebeam. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
