About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Director in Fairless Hills, PA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in guiding the growth and development of our physical therapy practice.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and oversee clinical activities of the practice, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of care.
  • Prepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment, assessing and interpreting patient evaluations, records, and test results.
  • Design home exercise regimens, recommend assistive equipment, and follow-up programs to improve patient health.
  • Ensure smooth and timely patient flow, documenting and maintaining clinical and administrative records.
  • Lead by example, ensuring accountability to the clinic's missions, policies, and goals.
  • Supervise Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, and Technicians, maintaining confidentiality of patient personal health information.
  • Contribute to videos and content for clinic social media, lead educational workshops, and provide emergency backup for administrative staff.
Requirements
  • Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited school.
  • Current PA State licensing and all other state-required documentation.
  • Management/ Director of PT experience, with orthopedic, vestibular, and pelvic floor experience a plus.
What We Offer
  • $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus compensation (up to 10% of salary).
  • Professional and Educational advancement with free training and CE credits.
  • Ability to set up and grow with the clinic as director.
