We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Alomere Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our physicians and providers in an outpatient clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, direct and indirect, in an outpatient clinical setting.
  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, based on the objectives, standards, and policies of nursing.
  • Render nursing care in assigned areas, according to conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of practice, under the direction/delegation of a Registered Nurse or Physician/Provider.
  • Meet, maintain, and follow Meaningful Use, PQRS, MN community Measures requirements, and other quality initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate patient care coordination.
  • Perform all tasks per physician/provider order within scope of practice or specialty training.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Practical Nursing or Medical Assisting program.
  • Prior experience in a clinical health care setting preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of medical terminology, procedures, and techniques.
  • Friendly, customer service-oriented with professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficient at MS Office.
  • Epic EMR experience preferred.
  • Current MN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
