- Maximize instructional time to achieve academic goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
- Oregon State Teaching License.
- Previous experience working with at-risk youth.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Full-Time, Salaried position.
- Typical hours Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Work closely with the education team and community partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
