Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Oregon State Teaching License.
  • Previous experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Full-Time, Salaried position.
  • Typical hours Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Work closely with the education team and community partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
