As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Housing and the Marketing team to pursue new opportunities.
  • Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project.
  • Manage client expectations, team communication, and oversight of consultant coordination.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field (required).
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or related field (preferred).
  • Licensed Architect with 5 to 10 plus years professional experience in Retail Architecture.
  • Active NCARB.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • LEED accreditation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling software.
