Job Summary:

Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Provider to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. As a Pediatric Primary Care Provider, you will provide a full scope of medical services to underserved populations, working in an innovative practice environment that utilizes Advanced Access scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical services to children and families in underserved communities
• Work in a multi-disciplinary practice that offers individual and population-based care
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an approved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from an accredited residency program in pediatrics
• Board-certified within 24 months of commencing employment at CHC and hold license or be eligible for license in the State of Connecticut
• Bi-lingual skills in English/Spanish preferred
