Job Summary

YoungWilliams is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain our on-premise systems, including server hardware, Windows Server, and operating systems.
  • Cloud Services Management: Manage and maintain our cloud services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Entra ID.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including Azure services and infrastructure.
  • Security Protocols: Administer and maintain security protocols and measures to ensure data security on premises and within the cloud environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate cloud services with other parts of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on cloud usage, performance, and costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates Degree and/or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years focused on cloud technology.
  • Skills: Experience configuring, installing, and supporting network services, including DNS and DHCP. Strong understanding of server hardware, Windows Server, and operating systems. Knowledge of cloud computing and Azure services, features, and deployment options.
