Job Summary

Reports to Frictionless Markets Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Oversees the daily operations of concession stands, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsible for managing staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and driving sales growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
  • Monitors sales in point-of-sales systems and takes inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Trains stand attendants and oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
  • Contributes to the team, exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Service-oriented and willing to help patrons, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, with attention to detail and strong math skills.
  • Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales, with basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment.
