We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Insight Global in St. Louis, MO.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with project stakeholders to define and document requirements for enhancements to the TechMobile and SupMobile applications used by field technicians and their supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing application functionality to determine current state
- Analyze project requests to determine desired future state
- Create requirements documentation to achieve the future state
- Work closely with development team to understand feasibility of project request, systems impact, and what development needs documented for project success
- Collaborate with testers and developers to ensure the level of detail is being met
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with expertise in Waterfall methodologies and experience creating detailed user stories.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of business systems and technology.
