Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Ascend Autism Group.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement treatment plans and provide ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain accurate and organized patient records, data, and reports
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:
