Clinical Nurse Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services on the surgical unit, working closely with other members of the management team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create an environment of teamwork and collaboration that drives improved patient care and service.
  • Support the development and implementation of nursing strategies to improve engagement and job satisfaction among staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling and labor resources to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory control and manage supplies and equipment to ensure optimal use and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in good standing.
