Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and creative team. Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will sit under the marketing department and work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, art, and partnership teams to bring our creative vision to life.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the marketing, product, art, and partnership teams to design visual assets for websites, presentations, social media, marketing materials, and more.
- Develop creative concepts for partnership decks and board presentations, ensuring all designs align with brand standards and business goals.
- Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and flyers to support product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Assist in shaping the overall visual identity and direction of the Genies brand across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, pop culture, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire creative approaches.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Provide creative input on visual elements for video production, motion graphics, and interactive content.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments (marketing, product, etc.) and executives.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and execute designs that drive engagement and conversion.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Gen Z and Gen Alpha culture, fashion, and digital trends is a plus.
- Experience with web design is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field preferred.
