Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile employee purchases and maintain accurate records
- Run errands and perform administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Conduct inventory control on uniforms and vehicles
- Track marketing efforts and analyze results
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and create reports
- Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
