Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at kite. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our brand in a retail store environment, building brand awareness, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand of a Fortune 500 company in a retail store setting.
  • Support one of our largest sales programs in the U.S., generating new business opportunities and acquiring new credit card customers.
  • Engage and educate customers to provide excellent customer service and build brand loyalty.
  • Work independently at retail locations, maximizing sales and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow policies and procedures around sales, operations, theft/fraud, health/safety, and more.
  • Collaborate with field leadership and other team members to increase sales and improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • An independent self-starter mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A hunger to earn a higher income in an uncapped commission sales environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work, with the ability to move around a retail store for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and follow safety protocols accordingly.
