Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to student athletes participating in the athletics program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of injury/illness prevention, recognition, evaluation, management, treatment, rehabilitation, and health care education and counseling for student athletes.
  • Document and maintain accurate injury records.
  • Organize and implement rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
  • Collaborate with strength and conditioning staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to athlete care.
  • Coordinate and oversee medical referrals as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with coaches, parents, student-athletes, athletic administration, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide coverage in the Athletic Training Room during scheduled open hours.
  • Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Athletic Training or related field.
  • NATA certification required.
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR Card.
  • Basic First Aid certification desirable.
  • Two years of athletic training experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Athletic Training or related field.
  • Current NATABOC certification and eligibility for licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members.
  • Strong writing, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
